Welcome to PrismHub AI. These Terms of Service outline the rules, obligations, and security parameters for utilizing our platform, API gateways, Vibe Coding Live IDE, and multi-model routing infrastructure.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing PrismHub AI, establishing developer workspaces, utilizing our dynamic routing, or running sandbox codes, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please immediately terminate all platform operations.
2. User Accounts and AWS Security
You are responsible for maintaining the absolute confidentiality of your credentials. You must prevent unauthorized access to your billing allocations, API keys, and sandbox IDE instances. PrismHub AI is not liable for data loss or credit depletion caused by compromise of your account credentials.
3. Acceptable Model Usage & Guidelines
Users agree to not misuse the platform's orchestration tools:
- You shall not execute DDoS attacks, malware builders, or run exploits inside our IDE sandboxes.
- You shall not reverse engineer dynamic model weights, spoof route latency matrices, or engage in credit exploits.
- You must respect third-party LLM safety guardrails as defined by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Meta.
4. Credit System & Rate Limits
Subscription tiers govern credits and sandbox usage limits. System caps prevent platform abuse and ensure resources are distributed evenly among active developers. We reserve the right to temporarily freeze or scale-down routing resources if accounts exhibit systemic patterns of exploitation or exceed security limits.
5. Termination of Service
PrismHub AI reserves the right to immediately suspend accounts found in violation of these safety policies. Suspended accounts lose all current credit balances and dynamic sandboxes without eligibility for refunds.
